Buche de Noel at Cassis Paris

For the festive season Cassis Paris have introduced limited edition Buche de Noël (Christmas logs). The logs are available for order until 12h00 on the 22nd December but can be ordered for the 24th & 25th . Each Buche de Noël serves 10 – 12 persons and retail at R250. A delightful combination of chestnut and blackcurrant (Cassis) mousse with candied Chestnut pieces, blackcurrant jelly and pistachio dacquoise (soft biscuit).

Succes

Layers of Almond Meringue and light Vanilla Butter Cream with Raspberry Jelly and Nougatine Pieces. Finished with diced caramelized Almonds.
