All about Milk with Ginger & Lime, One Ingredient and Lanzerac

This month at One Ingredient Interactive, they again take their cue from one of the most beautiful & powerful women of all time (are you beginning to sense a theme here?), Cleopatra. Along with her brilliance as a ruler & infamous love affairs, Cleopatra was also known for her love of bathing. But not just any old plebian water bath – oh no – our Cleo preferred to bathe in milk.

Now, while One Ingredient can’t offer you a milk bath, Matt Manning can serve up five delectable courses, all showcasing this month’s star ingredient; milk.

Each course will demonstrate a delicious way in which this smooth, creamy liquid can feature in a dish, so count out that milk money and book your seat asap as this one is set to be a goodie!

Wine Pairing Menu

Each course of the Milk menu will be paired with wines from one of South Africa’s most celebrated wine farms, Lanzerac Wine Estate! They will also have a wine expert on hand to give you some background information on the farm as well as the wines.
