Join Tribe Coffee Roasting in Woodstock for two unique course in Aroma on the 26th & 27th of January. The first course (26th January 2018) is a beginners guide to using your nose. It will show you how to begin to assess everything you smell from coffee to wine to soil to books. You’ll leave this two hour adventure into aroma with a good grasp of how your nose works and the basics of olfactory assessment. It’s R200 per person and will be hosted from 16h00 – 18h00. You’ll smell things and drink coffee! The Divine Assessment” (second course) will be hosted on the 27th of January. It’s an intermediate guide to using your nose and how to remain curious. You will discuss and assess coffee, chocolate, whisky and wine in the process. This course is definitely for candidate professionals who are trying to increase their knowledge and expertise. It’s slighly longer than the first course running from 14h00 – 18h00 and it’s R750 per person – there are only 8 spots for this one.
